We’re proud to bring you the highest quality local food from the region’s only farmer-owned and operated Co-op!

The Fall CSA runs for 16 weeks from October 7th through January 27th. There will be no deliveries the week between Christmas and New Years.

Pickups are on Wednesday afternoons. We have pickup locations in Travis, Hays, and Caldwell Counties.

This season, we’re offering vegetable, meat, and goat cheese shares in a range of sizes and delivery frequencies.

Monthly Payment options are available at Checkout.

Pick up every week of the season or choose an every other week schedule. Meat pickups are once per month. See info below for Bi-weekly Pickup Schedule.

    Vegetable Shares

    We offer organically grown, seasonal produce from a wide range of local producers.  Shares are available in two sizes for either weekly or every other week pickup.

    Meat Shares

    We offer shares of pasture-raised chicken, pork, beef, and lamb, available for either monthly or every other week pickup. Larger families or those with hearty carnivorous appetites may wish to subscribe to multiple shares of a single protein type.

    Chicken Shares will include 2 whole birds or one whole bird and butcher packs.

    Pork, Beef, and Lamb Shares will include 1 lb. of ground meat, plus a sampling of meats for 3-4 slow-cooking or quick weeknight meals for about 4 people.

    Meat pickups are once per month. If you pick up Weekly Veggies, A Week Veggies, or Meat Only, you will pick up the first A week of each month. If you pick up B Week Veggies, you will pick up the first B Week of the month. See the pickup schedule for exact dates.

    Chicken Shares - $75 per share

    Pork Shares - $75 per share

    Beef Shares - $75 per share

    Lamb Shares - $85 per share

    Goat Dairy Shares

    We offer a variety of goat dairy items such as yogurt and cheese available for either monthly or every other week pickup.

    Goat Dairy Shares will include 2 items- Chevre plain or flavored in every share and a rotation of yogurt, feta, or cheese curds for the second item.

    Goat Dairy pickups are once per month. If you pick up Weekly Veggies, A Week Veggies, or Dairy Only, you will pick up the first A week of each month. If you pick up B Week Veggies, you will pick up the first B Week of the month. See the pickup schedule for exact dates.
