This is one of the best moments to be eating locally. Summer veggies are here in their full glory and diversity, and there are many new veggies in the shares this month.
Unfortunately, tomatoes cannot set fruit in the hottest part of the summer (mid-July through August) so these sweet treats are a juicy flash in the pan June-July. Don’t miss out on Texas tomato season, we beg you!
