Incredible, fresh, local vegetables, pastured beef, pork, chicken, and lamb, and hand-crafted cheeses are all highlights of our Winter season, and we’re delighted to let you know about some new options that will make a CSA subscription more convenient and an even better value for your family this autumn.
More Options for Meat and Cheese Shares
We heard your requests for more options and better flexibility in scheduling meat and cheese shares, so we’re adding options for choosing once a month delivery on the first or third week of the month, and an option for twice a month deliveries for those with big(ger) families to feed. We’ve also added a new larger Family Share for all our meat shares to help keep those big(ger) families fed and happy!
New Pickup Locations and Service Areas
In addition to our established pickup spots in Lockhart, San Marcos, and Wimberley, we’ll continue delivering to our newer pickup locations in Dripping Springs, AND we’re delighted to announce we’re returning to Buda to ensure the veggie love continues to grow across Central Texas.

Veggie Shares
Our veggie shares offer enticing variety and unparalleled freshness – we source from over 10 local farms to provide produce for your weekly shares, which means you’ll literally receive the pick of the choicest vegetables grown in Central Texas. All veggie shares will be available for pick up at the location of your choice every Tuesday from April 1 to July 29 for a total of 18 weeks of bounteous warm-weather goodness.
Individual Veggie Share
Individual shares include a selection of 4-5 items per week and will feed 1-2 hungry gobblers. Select from three options for your subscription:

√ Whole Season – 18 weeks – $495
Pay for the Season in Installments
Whole Season – 2 Installments – 2 payments of $247.50, billed at the beginning of the season, and after the first month

Bountiful Veggie Share
Bountiful shares include a selection of 5-7 items per week and will feed 3-4 or more hungry gobblers. Select from three options for your subscription:

Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb and Cheese Shares
Our meat and cheese producers pasture-raise their animals in keeping with the best humane, holistic practices, on land that never sees artificial pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers, and they never use unnecessary antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones while shepherding their flocks. You can rest assured that you and yours will enjoy the highest quality beef, pork, poultry, lamb and cheese available anywhere, all produced just as nature intended.
Our meat and cheese shares will be delivered eight weeks during the season:
Tuesday – April 1 and 15
Tuesday – May 6 and 20
Tuesday – June 3 and 17
Tuesday – July 1 and 15
All shares are available Once a Month, on your choice of the first or third Tuesday each month, or Twice a Month, delivered on both the first and third Tuesdays.
Beef Shares
Beef shares include ground beef and a variable butcher’s choice selection of cuts, apportioned based on current market rates. Regular shares will include a minimum of 5 pounds of beef; Family shares will be between 6 and 8 pounds total weight depending on the included cuts.
