Hello and welcome to the very beginning of our Spring 2023 CSA season. On behalf of all the co-op owners, we’re so happy you’re here!
Whether you’re a first-time CSA member who has no idea how to kohlrabi or are a seasoned locavore, we hope these monthly collections of recipes will help guide you through your vegetable haul, inspire some new meals, and remove a bit of the mental load that accompanies the question – “What’s for dinner?”.
Lucky for you, you’re not far from easy, incredibly delicious meals. You’re starting with the best of the best – very fresh, local, and nutritionally-dense ingredients, and you don’t need to do much to make really tasty food. When in doubt, grab the olive oil, salt, and a lemon, and voila, chef’s kiss!
