Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are the fundamental business contract that enables Community Supported Agriculture to function in the marketplace. When you purchase (subscribe to) a CSA share, you’re committing to purchase those agricultural products for the duration of the defined season.   

I understand the subscription terms as a commitment to purchase agricultural products for the duration of a season.  

Missed Pick Up Policy *

Due to the the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to hold shares that are not picked up. You are always welcome to arrange for someone to pick up your share for you by e-mailing csa@centraltexasfarmers.com ahead of time. If your share is not picked up at the site and time you selected, it will be donated. Please read the commitment below, and ensure you agree with our policy.

 I understand and agree that if I do not pick up my share at the designated time and place I selected, it can not be held for me and will be donated on my behalf.

Membership Commitment *

I understand that I am committing to membership for the entire Season from April through July. I commit to let my Farmers know if I should have any issue with the service, products, or otherwise so that they may remedy the situation to the best of their ability. I understand that no guarantee can be made for any particular product(s) to be included in my share, and that the quantity in my share may fluctuate with the farmer’s production, but that I am guaranteed my full share value over the course of the season.

 I agree to the Membership Commitment regarding communication of issues and the delivery of value over the course of a season.
